Crystal Dunn joined First Carolina Management in 2023 as the Corporate Director of Operations. 

Crystal has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry serving in leadership roles within Casino, Marriott, and Hilton brand hotels. Additionally, she has served as a brand expert, task force leader, and consultant providing support for the management company’s portfolio of hotels. Most recently, Crystal was an executive leader supporting the construction and expansion of a large casino resort property.

Within FCM Hotels, Crystal is responsible for the financial and operational success of the hotel properties and ensuring the mission and vision of FCM is in the forefront of daily operations. She believes that creating the right team who follow the right processes will lead to success in all facets.

In her free time, you can find Crystal working with local organizations and spending time with her family. Crystal and her husband, Chris, reside near Wilson, NC.  She is a proud graduate and supporter of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
