Crystal Dunn, Corporate Director of Development with FCM Hotels has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry serving in leadership roles within Casino, Marriott and Hilton brand hotels. During these years she had the opportunity to play integral roles in the development of a multi tower casino hotel along with being a brand expert leader, consultant and task force expert supporting the needs of the management company during acquisitions, workforce change and divestments. 

Within FCM Hotels, Crystal is responsible for the future development of the company’s portfolio and focuses on upholding brand expectations through PIP and renovations.

In her free time, you can find Crystal working with local organizations and spending time with her family. Crystal and her husband, Chris, reside in Zebulon, NC.  She is a proud graduate and supporter of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
