Rob Ambersley

Rob brings more than 30 years of hotel management and operations expertise to his role as Corporate Director of Operations. He oversees the financial and operational performance of all FCM Hotels properties, ensuring the company’s mission, vision, and brand standards guide every aspect of daily operations.

Prior to joining FCM Hotels, Rob served in multiple senior leadership roles across several nationally recognized hospitality brands. Throughout his career, he has earned national recognition for his leadership, service culture, and operational excellence, along with distinctions such as the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation and additional awards for management performance.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Virginia Tech.
